Carl G. Harkins, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Carl has focused his entire 25-year-career designing worship facilities across the United States. He is passionate about architectural trends in the 21st century church and speaks nationwide on the subject. He is ordained as Deacon-in-Full-Connection in the United Methodist Church and is a regular contributor to Church Worship and Technology magazine. With an understanding of the old and an eye for the new, his greatest strength is fulfilling his clients’ vision for their ministry while providing the option of utilizing new trends in worship facilities. Carl also has an interest in the long-range environmental impact of building. Carl has a Bachelor or Architecture from Cal Poly. He spends his time away from the office sailing or bicycling. Carl resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Eileen, and two children, Eleanor and Gregory.
